30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items should be unused or gently used and in their original packaging where possible. Because this is a personal-care product, we handle hygiene-related returns on a case-by-case basis — just reach out and we'll work with you.
How to start a return
Email us at kelleytobyn@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We'll respond within 24 hours with next steps.
Refunds
Once your return is approved (and received, if applicable), we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
