We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will make it right at no cost to you.

Refunds To request a refund, contact us at support@rootpearl.com with your order number. If approved, you do NOT need to ship the product back and you get to keep it. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Non-Refundable Situations We are unable to issue refunds for items that have been damaged by the customer or returned without prior approval.
